Order Management ​

Order management is straightforward and includes excellent features like invoice printing and real-time messaging with your customers.

Order Details ​

Orders are grouped by their status. Select "All" to view all orders.

To view the order details, click on the order ID or the view icon.

Order details include information about the order, customer, and assigned delivery driver if applicable. The arrows in the top-right corners let you navigate between orders.

Click "Print Invoice" to generate a receipt using a connected thermal printer.

Updating Order Status ​

To advance an order's status, choose the "Proceed" button in the "Order Setup" section of the item details page.
